Christmas 2007

I think as we get older and before we have kids we forget how wonderful the Christmas season can be. When you start looking at it through the eyes of a 2 ½ year old, you start to feel like a kid again! We are the Griswold's in training as we are increasing the number of lights and inflatables every year. Every night, Kyle and I would turn on the lights and see if Frosty had waken up for the night.

Lily Kate got to meet Santa Claus and Mrs. Clause for the first time at the annual Cookies with the Clauses event at our community rec center. Kyle didn't want to take his picture this year on Santa's lap but he did tell Santa that his sister wanted a "riding toy".

Kyle was really into Christmas this year. On Christmas Eve, he and Lily Kate opened the traditional one present. Then we made cookies for Santa and put out M&Ms for the reindeer.

Santa came while everyone was fast asleep and brough lots of presents. He actually made it to Grandma and Grandpa's house too!

Kyle had 3-4 Christmases in all. He always has so much fun with his cousins Carson, Abby and Tristan. We can't wait until next Christmas!!
